Recruitment of Executive Trainee HR in NTPC by Civil Services Exam 2018
NTPC Limited, India's largest power company, is looking for promising, energetic young minds with good academic record to join NTPC projects/stations as Executive Trainee (HR) through UPSC's Civil Services Examination 2018 :
All interested and eligible candidates are required to appear for Civil Services Examination 2018 conducted by UPSC for which the last date for submitting the online application is 6th March, 2018. The Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2018 will be held om 3rd June, 2018. NTPC will use the database of those candidates who will appear in the Interview/ Personality Test for Civil Services (Main) Examination 2018 but are not finally recommended for appointment in any service. Candidates will be required to apply online for the post of Executive Trainee - HR in NTPC by visiting NTPC Career website, after completion of the final allotment of services and the disclosure of the scores of candidates by UPSC.

now what about basic essential qualification requirement MBA HR. is it not required now?
ReplyDeleteFor the smooth functioning of maharatna company like NTPC it needs jems and jewels not scraps......all the civil service participants are having separate goal for his life. While NTPC needs dedicated HR personnel.
ReplyDeleteYes. Those who clear UPSC, want to be an HR with NTPC, that is why they have been preparing for Civil services examinations for years. What a fail.
