About NPCIL

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. (NPCIL), a premier central Public Sector Enterprise, under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India (GoI). Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. was registered as a Public Limited Company in September 1987 with the objectives of operating atomic power plants and implementing atomic power projects for generation of electricity in pursuance of the schemes and programmes of the Government of India under the Atomic Energy Act, 1962. NPCIL also has equity participation in BHAVINI, another PSU of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) which implements Fast Breeder Reactors programme in the country.

NPCIL is responsible for design, construction, commissioning and operation of nuclear power reactors. NPCIL has about 48 years of experience in the safe operation of nuclear power plants, with the motto of ‘Safety first and Production next'.

NPCIL Executive Engineer vacancy 2019

• Executive  Engineer Trainee (ET-2019) :  200 posts (UR-63, EWS-15, OBC-66, SC-38, ST-18) (PWD-08), (Mechanical-83, Chemical-13, Electrical-45, Electronics-14, Instrumentation-05, Civil-40) Age : 26 years as on 23/04/2019, Stipend : ₹ 35000/-,  will be posted in the pay level 10 of 7th CPC pay matrix starting ₹ 56100/-    as Scientific Officers 'C' , Qualification : BE/B. Tech./B. Sc. (Engineering)/ 5 year Integrated M Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in one of the 6 engineering disciplines mentioned above from a recognized University/ Deemed University or Institute recognized by AICTE/UGC. Applicants must have a valid GATE 2017, 2018 or 2019 Score in the same engineering discipline as the qualifying degree discipline. A minimum of 60% marks means the marks as per the ordinances of the respective university. 

Interested candidates should possess valid GATE 2017/2018/2019 score in any of the disciplines mentioned above at the time of applying online in NPCIL. Candidates will be shortlisted for Personal Interview on the basis of valid score obtained in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2017/2018/2019.

GATE 

Candidates interested in joining NPCIL  as Executive Trainees (ET) must have valid score card of appear for GATE 2017/2018/2019 examination, which is being conducted by any of the llTs in India every years.

Application Fee

A Non Refundable application fee of ₹ 500/- is chargeable only to Male applicants belonging to General, EWS and OBC categories. Women candidates, candidates belonging to SC/ST category, PwBDs, Dependents of Defence Personnel Killed in Action (DODPKIA) and employees of NPCIL are exempted from payment of application fee.
