About IBPS 9th CRP for Clerical Cadre Posts

IXth (9th) Common Recruitment Process (CRP) Common Written Examination (CWE)  (Preliminary and Main) for Recruitment of Clerical Cadre Vacancy in Public Sector Banks will be conducted  in the month  December 2019 (Prelim) and in January 2020 (Main) through online mode by the IBPS as a per-requisites for selection of personnel for Clerk posts for the vacancies for 2020-21 in the following below listed 19 Public Sector Banks and in any other Bank/ Financial Institution.

On completion of the Main Examination, depending on the state/UT wise vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2020-21 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations, based on merit-cum-preference keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, various guidelines issued by Govt. of India/Others from time to time, administrative exigency, etc.

Clerical Grade Vacancy Details

• Age : 20-28 years as on 01/09/2019, relaxation in age as per rules.
• Qualification :  A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India. 
• Vacancies : 12075 tentative posts in various Banks in various States.
• Pay Scale : ₹11765-31540/-

Online Preliminary Examination 

Online Preliminary Examination will be conducted on  07/12/2019, 08/12/2019, 14/12/2019 & 21/12/2019. Main Examination will be conducted on 19/01/2020.

Application Fee 

₹ 600/- (₹100/- for SC/ST/PWDEx.SM) to be paid online which can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets by providing information as asked on the screen.

IBPS Bank Clerical Cadre CRP Examination Structure

The IXth (9th) CRP for Bank Clerical Cadre Vacancy will have Examination Structure like this in the image below. Online Preliminary Examination will have 3 subjects having 100 questions of English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability with a total of 100 marks of one-hour duration only.

The Online Main Examination for IBPS CRP for PO/MT Exam will be of 2:30 hours and 190 questions having 4 subjects Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, General/Financial Awareness, English Language and Quantitative Aptitude of 200 marks.
