Central Recruitment Board for Constables, Punjab Police invites Online Applications in the prescribed format are invited from Indian citizens for direct recruitment to fill Government Jobs vacancies of 4358 ‘Constable’ in the 3 cadres of (i) District Police, and (ii) Armed Police of Punjab Police. (Advertisement No. 02/2021)

Punjab Police Constable Recruitment 2021 Vacancies

• Constable: 4358 vacancies, Consolidated Salary:  Rupees ₹19900/- (minimum pay admissible) at the Pay Level-2 of 7th CPC/Pay Matrix, Qualification: 10+2 or it's equivalent from a recognized Education Board/ University, Age: 18-28 years as of 01/01/2021
• District Police Cadre: 2015 vacancies
• Armed Police Cadre: 2343 vacancies 

Selection Process

The selection process shall be a 2 (two) stage process consisting of the following Tests:

• Stage I: Computer Based Test consisting of two (2) multiple-choice Question Papers to be conducted on the same day.
• Stage II: (i) Document Scrutiny (ii) Physical Measurement Test (PMT) (iii) Physical Screening Test (PST) 

Note: Both Physical Measurement Test and Physical Screening Test shall be qualifying in nature.

Application Fee

₹1000/- to be paid through online mode only.  The application fee is ₹400/- for Ex-Servicemen(ESM) of Punjab State only/Lineal Descendants of ESM,  ₹550/- for SC/ST of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State only and  EWS category candidates only.
