Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Service Commission situated at Prayagraj (Allahabad) under the Directorate of Education (Higher Education) has a mission/vision for the unbiased and fair appointment of highly qualified candidates through written recruitment examinations and interviews according to recruit and selection for the Sarkari Naukri Vacancies of Assistant Professor in various Graduate and Post-graduate universities/colleges subsidised by UP State government.

- Assistant Professor: 917 vacancies, Pay Scale: ₹15600-39100 grade pay ₹6000/- with allowances (to be revised as per 7th CPC Academic pay scales), Age: 62 years as on 10/08/2022
Selection Procedure
The selection for recruitment of Assistant Professors by UPHESC 2022 will be through a written recruitment examination onward and selected candidates will be called for personal interviews.

The application fee is ₹2000/- (₹1000/- for SC/ST candidates of UP) to be paid online through methods.
