Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) invites online applications for recruitment and filling up of following Government Job vacancy positions from bright, committed, and energetic Diploma Engineers to be inducted as Diploma Trainees (DT) in Electrical (EE), Civil (CE) and Electronics (EC) disciplines under the regional recruitment scheme for various regions / Corporate Telecom Departments of PGCIL. (Advt. Therefore, PGCIL invites online applications in the prescribed format for recruitment of the following various Diploma Engineer Trainees basis for the year 2022.

Power Grid Diploma Trainee Recruitment 2022 Vacancies

1. Diploma Trainee: 211 vacancies (UR-104, EWS-17, OBC-37, SC-32, ST-21) (PWD-12, Ex.SM-19, DEx-SM-05) in Electrical (EE), Civil (CE) and Electronics (EC) engineering disciplines, Pay: Selected candidates will be paid ₹27500/- per month as a stipend during the one-year training period. On successful completion of training, the candidates will be absorbed as Junior Engineer Gr-IV (S1) in the Supervisory category in the pay scale of Rs. ₹25000 –3%- 117500 (IDA), Age: 27 years as of 31/12/2022, Qualification: Full-Time Regular Three Years Diploma in relevant disciplines Electrical/Electronics/Civil engineering from recognized Technical Board / Institute with Minimum 70% marks
1. Northern Region-I (NR-I) -  Delhi, Rajasthan, Part of Uttar Pradesh, Part of Haryana, Part of Uttarakhand: 53 vacancies (Electrical-45, Civil-05, Electronics-03)
2. Northern Region-II (NR-II) - Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Part of Haryana, UT of J&K, UT of Ladakh, UT of Chandigarh: 12 vacancies (Electrical-07, Civil-03, Electronics-02)
