Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) a ‘Maharatna’ Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, invites online applications for recruitment and filling up following Government Job vacancy positions on contract basis from bright, committed & energetic candidates on contract for Revamped Distribution Sector Reform Scheme (RDSS) under Government of India. 1. Field Engineer (Electrical): 50 vacancies  (UR-22, EWS-05, OBC-13, SC-07, ST-03) (PWD-02, Ex-SM/DEx-SM-02), Pay: in in the pay band of ₹30000-120000/- with initial basic pay of ₹30000/- + Industrial DA + HRA 
2. Field Engineer (Electronics & Communication):15 vacancies  (UR-07, EWS-01, OBC-04,  SC-02, ST-01) (Ex-SM/DEx-SM-02), Pay: in in the pay band of ₹30000-120000/- with initial basic pay of ₹30000/- + Industrial DA + HRA 
3. Field Engineer (IT): 15 vacancies  (UR-07, EWS-01, OBC-04, SC-02, ST-01) (PWD-01, Ex-SM/DEx-SM-02), Pay: in in the pay band of ₹30000-120000/- with initial basic pay of ₹30000/- + Industrial DA + HRA 
4. Field Supervisor (Electrical): 480 vacancies  (UR-195, EWS-48, OBC-129, SC-72, ST-36) (PWD-19, Ex-SM/DEx-SM-69), Pay: in in the pay band of ₹23000-105000/- with initial basic pay of ₹23000/- + Industrial DA + HRA  
5. Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication): 240 vacancies  (UR-98, EWS-24, OBC-64, SC-36, ST-18) (PWD-09, Ex-SM/DEx-SM-35), Pay: in in the pay band of ₹23000-105000/- with initial basic pay of ₹23000/- + Industrial DA + HRA 

Application Fee

₹400/- for Field Engineer and ₹300/- for Field Supervisor to be paid online. SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.
