UGC CU-Chayan Recruitment Portal for Central Universities
The University Grants Commission (UGC) of India, New Delhi has designed, developed and launched a Unified Centralised Recruitment Portal named 'CU-Chayan' specifically for Central Universities on 2nd May 2023.
This portal will list all types of Faculty Teaching and No-Teaching Government Jobs available in all Central Universities. SarkariNaukriBlog
Scope of CU-Chayan Job Portal
The CU-Chayan portal provides a common platform for listing all vacancies/advertisements/jobs across all the Central Universities situated all over India.
The CU-Chayan Recruitment Portal for Central Universities makes the recruitment process completely Online starting from inviting applications to screening the applications with the provision of sending alerts in runtime to all the users of the portal.
UGC has developed this portal to create an enabling environment for both universities and the applicants with universities driving all the stages of the recruitment process independently, as is being done at present in the respective university.
It is desired by the UGC that all the Central Universities should use the CU-Chayan portal for all future recruitments. Further, Central Universities may also give a link to CU-Chayan Portal in their advertisements on the University home page and/or in the print medium.
