IDBI Bank invites online applications in the prescribed format from eligible suitable applicants for recruitment of various 2100 posts of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) & Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) on a contract basis to be filled for IDBI Bank for the year 2024-25. (Advertisement No. 10/2023-24)


The above positions of Junior Assistant Manager and Executives will be on all India basis as per the selection process. Candidates are advised to apply only for one of the above positions.  The contract would be initially for a period of 1 year and may be reviewed for extension on year-to-year basis for a further period of 1 year, subject to satisfactory performance, completion of assigned mandatory e-certifications, availability of vacancies and any other criteria that Bank may decide from time of time. IDBI Jr. Assistant Manager & Executives Recruitment 2024-25 vacancies

• Jr. Assistant Manager Grade 'O': 800 vacancies (UR-324, EWS-80, OBC-216, SC-120, ST-60) (PH-36), Age: 20-25 years as of 01/11/2023, Remuneration: CTC of ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining, Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in any discipline
• Executive - Sales and Operations (ESO): 1300 vacancies (UR-558, EWS-130, OBC-326, SC-200, ST-86) (PH-52), Age: 20-25 years as of 01/11/2023, Consolidated remuneration: ₹29000/- per month in the first year, ₹31000/- per month in the second year, Qualification: A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline

Selection Procedure

The selection process shall comprise an Online Test (OT) of 2 hours, Document Verification (DV), a Personal Interview (PI) for JAM only and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank. The structure of the OT is as follows - 

1. Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation - 60 questions - 60 marks
2. English Language - 40 questions - 40 marks
3. Quantitative Aptitude - 40 questions - 40 marks
4. General/Economy/Banking Awareness/ Computer/IT - 60 questions - 60 marks

Application Fee

₹1000/- (₹200/- for SC/ST/PWD) to be paid online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets providing information as asked on the screen.
