• Officer Senior Analyst Grade: 32 vacancies in various disciplines, Age: 21-40 years as of 01/10/2023, Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience, Remuneration: Remuneration will be offered based on qualification, experience, suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidates. Remuneration will also include variable pay (performance bonus) of up to 20% on fixed compensation may be paid on the basis of performance, as decided by the Bank from time to time
1. Lending Operations: 18 vacancies (UR-10, EWS-1, OBC-4, SC-2, ST-1)
2. Investment & Treasury: 02 vacancies (UR-2) 
3. General Administration: 02 vacancies (UR-2) 
4. Information Technology & Operations: 01 vacancies (UR-1)
