Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited  (BSNL), A Government of India Enterprise, proposes to recruit the following Government Job Vacancy posts of Senior Executive Trainee (SET) in Telecom & Finance streams to be filled up from the open market (External candidates) from suitable, desirable candidates for the year 2026.

BSNL Sr. Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 Vacancies

• Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom & Finance): 120 vacancies for external candidates, Pay Scale: E-3 ₹24900-50500 (to be revised) (IDA Pattern), Age: 21-30 years as on 07/03/2025. Relaxation as per rules. 
1. Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom): 95 vacancies (OC/OBC(CL)-40, EWS-9, OBC(NCL)-25, SC-14, ST-7) (PWD-4)
2. Senior Executive Trainee (Finance): : 25 vacancies (OC/OBC(CL)-40, EWS-2, OBC(NCL)-6, SC-4, ST-2) (PWD-1)
   

Selection Procedure 

The mode of selection is through an All India Competitive Computer-Based Examination on 29/03/2026 on an All India basis. Syllabus of the Examination is available at the BSNL website.

Application Fee

An application fee of ₹2500/- to be paid online through Internet Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card etc. ₹1250/- application fee to be paid by SC/ST/PWD candidates.
