The selected Management Trainee candidates through GATE-26 exam shall undergo training of one year at any of EIL offices - Head Office - New Delhi, Gurugram Office, Regional Offices at Chennai/ Vadodara/ Kolkata, Branch Office at Mumbai, Inspection Offices or Project Sites etc. in India. Thereafter, posting can be at any of these offices and Project Sites in India and abroad.

EIL Engineer Management Trainee Recruitment 2026 Vacancies

• Management Trainees (MT) (Engineers): 58 vacancies, Age: 25 years, Stipend during one year training: ₹60000 per month + Accommodation & Transport OR ₹60000/- per month + ₹15000 in case Accommodation & Transport are not provided, Pay Scale after absorption (as Engineer): ₹60000-180000, Qualification: Full time Engineering Degree course - B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg) in minimum qualifying period with minimum 65% marks


• Chemical Engineering: 07 vacancies
• Civil Engineering: 21 vacancies (MTConstruction-8, MT-Other than Construction-13)
• Mechanical Engineering: 24 vacancies (MTConstruction-5, MT-Other than Construction-19)
• Electrical Engineering: 07 vacancies (MTConstruction-2, MT-Other than Construction-5)

Selection By GATE-2026

The shortlisting of candidates shall be based on the score obtained in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2026 followed by an interview.
