Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited  (BSNL), a Government of India Enterprise, proposes to recruit the following direct recruitment Government Job Vacancy posts of Junior Telecom Officer (JTO) in Telecom stream to be filled up from the open market from suitable, desirable candidates for the year 2026.

BSNL Sr. Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 Vacancies

• Junior Telecom Officer (JTO)  (Telecom): 100 vacancies (UR-61, EWS-11, OBC-10, SC-12, ST-6) (PWD-5), Pay Scale: E-1 ₹16500-40500 (to be revised) (IDA Pattern), Age: 20-30 years as on 03/07/2026. Relaxation as per rules, Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering Degree or equivalent from a government recognised Institute/University in Telecommunication / Electronics/ Radio/ Computer/ Electrical/ Information Technology (IT)/ Instrumentation Engineering OR M.Sc. (Electronics)/ M.Sc. (Computer Science)

Selection Procedure 

The mode of selection is through an All India Competitive Computer-Based Examination in the month of August 2026 (Tentative) on an All India basis. The syllabus of the examination is available at the BSNL website.

Application Fee

An application fee of ₹2000/- to be paid online through Internet Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, etc. ₹1000/- application fee to be paid by SC/ST/PWD candidates.
