• Assistant General Manager (AGM) : 150 posts, Age : 37 years, Qualification : Graduation (full time regular course) in any discipline from a recognized University. Additional qualification of CA, MBA, CFA, JAIIB/CAIIB would be preferred. 5 years Experience., Pay Scale : Rs.17525-26625.
• Manager : 179 posts, Age : 32 years, Qualification : Graduation (full time regular course) in any discipline from a recognized University. Additional qualification of CA, MBA, CFA, JAIIB/CAIIB would be preferred. 3 years experience., Pay Scale : 13700-2440
• Assistant Manager (AM) : 200 posts, Age : 30 years, Qualification : Graduation (full time regular course) in any discipline from a recognized University. Additional qualification of CA, MBA, CFA, JAIIB/CAIIB would be preferred. Minimum 3 years clerical experience OR 2 years executive experience OR 1 year Officer experience OR combination thereof (weightage to be considered on proportionate basis), so as to have 1 year equivalent experience as an officer., Pay Scale : Rs.11250-22500.
