  5. Dear Friends,
I request you all to please "DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB"
    Its all fake.
All the documentation that will be done by the corporation will be without any authorization.
Moreover the first batch of DSE have either resigned or either they were forced to resigned. The LIC is not allowing a single candidate to complete their contract of three years. Each year a new scheme come as this adv. and all the old condidates are compelled to join the new. By this the candidates are given a new date of appointment.
The job profile is same as that of the old traditional LIC agents. To stop the tradition of agaentship, this new fundu has been developed by the candidate.
Salary will be purely on the basis of incentives(33% which will be divide in three months).
Its is nothing but a pure case of discrepancy that is played by the LIC with the future of the youngsters.
They will be making such a kind of contract agreement that the candidate cannot do anything. And the last option for them is to resign or else thay are terminated.
I request "PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB"
Shivani, navya please maintain your core field. Do not change your field to insurance.
    Regards,
    adarsh

  10. DO NOT APPLY FOR THE POST OF DSE IT IS A AGENT WITH DIRECT MARKETING, ALL CANDIDATES WHO JOINED CRIED AND LEFT AFTER NOT GETTING THE MINIMUM WAGE THERE IS NO FUTURE WITH THIS POST (ACTUALLY IT IS NOT A POST) ONLY TARGETING YOUTH IN THE NAME OF JOB.

  12. It is a Job with NO FUTURE....
LICI recruitment for DSE is another name for Exploiting the Unemployed Educated Youths.

    REASONS :

    1. There is no single difference in the nature of job between Agents and DSE.

    2. There is no renewal commissions for DSE till they turn to the next level called SSE.

    3. There is no future as because there is no salary slip generated which can provide lucrative career out of LIC...i.e in Private Sector (INSURANCE).

    4. The experience in DSE doesnot count as there is no experience certificate and no salary slip....moreover the bank statements dont show LIC's Name when cheques are deposited.

    5. There is written in clear words in the engagement letter that it is fully temporary job for 3 years...extendable to 2 more years ONLY.

    6. DSEs have to procure new business on self and no help is actually provided.

    7. The salary is in condition of a system called KPI (key point index) which gets reduced on non-fulfillment of quarterly targets.

    8. There is no appointment letter....only an engagement certificate.

    9. The exam of IRDA and the license generated bears the tag of AGENT and not DSE.

    10. The DSE job is a waste of Time as there is lots of pressure and no great salary and incentives.

    11. There is no provision for Provident Fund....(so it is not a JOB).

    12. There is no medical leave...once you fall ill....your KPI (as mentioned in point no. 7) starts to fall and you end up getting no salary for a quarter. ie. 3 months.

    13. The targets are increasing with every passing year.....it started with Rs. 2000/- for activation in 2010 and has now reached Rs. 6000/- per month.

    14. The job gives you no time to prepare for other opportunities.

    15. There is no written test to qualify for this job...its baseless as only viva-voice is held and all are given a chance to appear for the IRDA license exam.

    16. No where it is mentioned that this JOB will ever come under corporation's payroll.

DON'T apply this JOB which is ruining the future of all and sundry. Its a waste of time......its my Personal EXPERIENCE.
give your effort for something else...God Bless.
