About VSSUT Burla

Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT) University, Odisha is named after Veer Surendra Sai, the great Indian freedom fighter at the foothill of world famous Hirakud dam, with a glorious history of more than half a century. The VSSUT, Odisha was formed in the year 2009 by converting University College of Engineering (UCE), the first Engineering College of Odisha, Burla to a non-affiliating Unitary University. Sprawling across 300 acres of sylvan surrounding it has a rich heritage of technical education. VSSUT (formerly UCE Burla) is located in Sambalpur district of Odisha (Western Part).  VSSUT, Burla is in the center of Steel, Aluminium and Mega power industries.

1. Professor : 19 vacancies in various departments/disciplines in the pay scale ₹37400-67000 with AGP ₹10000/-
2. Associate Professor  :  31 vacancies in various departments/disciplines in the pay scale ₹37400-67000 with AGP ₹9000/-
3. Assistant Professor :  17 vacancies in various departments/disciplines in the pay scale  ₹15600-39100 with AGP ₹6000/-
4. Dean, Student Welfare : 01 vacancy  in the pay scale  ₹37400-67000 with AGP ₹10000/-
5. Librarian : 01 vacancy in the pay level-9 ₹35400/-
