1. Professor: in the pay scale of academic pay level-14A ₹159100/- as per 7th PC
2. Associate Professor: in the pay scale of academic level-13A1 ₹139600/- as per 7th PC
3. Assistant Professor Grade-I: in the pay scale of academic level-12 ₹101500/- as per 7th PC
4. Assistant Professor Grade-II: in the pay scale of academic level-10 ₹70900/- or Academic level-11 ₹75300/- as per 7th PC
