The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is solely responsible for issuing guidelines for selection and the final conduct of the annual Combined Medical Services Examination 2025. Qualification to Join Central Government Medical Services is MBBS and the maximum age for this recruitment examination is 32 years.
Vacancy Details of Medical Services Examination 2025
- Medical Officer: 705 vacancies in various Government departments through Medical Services Examination 2025, Age Limit: Candidates must not have attained the age of 32 years as of 1st August 2025. Relaxation in the upper age limit as per Govt. of India rules, Qualification: A candidate must have passed the written and practical parts of the final MBBS Examination.

- Medical Officers Grade in General Duty Medical Officers Sub-cadre of Central Health Service: 226
- Category-II vacancies
Online Application Fee
An application fee of ₹200/- to be paid in any branch of SBI by cash or by using the Net Banking facility of SBI or using Visa/ Master Credit / Debit Card. SC/ ST/ PH/ Women candidates are exempted from payment of fees. OBC candidates are required to pay full fees.
