Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is looking for dynamic and dedicated Graduate Engineers of Indian Nationality with an excellent academic record for the year 2025 to join as Engineers/Officers in various engineering disciplines. (Advertsieemtn No. IOCL/CO-HR/RECTT/2025/01)

• Graduate Engineers/Officers Grade-A: in various engineering disciplines, Age: 26 years as on 01st July, 2025, Pay Scale: Candidates selected as Officers (A grade) will receive a starting basic pay of ₹50000/- per month and shall be placed in the pay scale of ₹50000-160000, Qualification: B.Tech./BE/Equivalent degree with not less than 65% marks for General/EWS/OBC-NCL and 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, as per respective Institute/University norms obtained as Full-time Regular course from Institutions/ Colleges/ Universities/ Deemed Universities duly recognized by AICTE/UGC.

• Electrical Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering 

Selection Process 

The candidates will be shortlisted for a further selection process comprising Computer Based Test (CBT) (ii) Group Discussion (GD), Group Task (GT) and (iii) Personal Interview (PI). The CBT will be conducted on 31/10/2025.
